Meru Online Support Portal is yet another step towards achieving customer service excellence by providing our enterprise customers with following services:
- Online Knowledge Base with exhaustive search capabilities,
- Software and documentation Downloads section
- Automated Self-Ticketing as well as online status check
- Automated RMA processing and status check
- Products/Asset Tracking at various customer/partner locations
- Verification of Service Contracts and automated Renewals
Customers and Partners will need a secure login to access the portal. Meru Support will be issuing logins and passwords to customers and partners who are under active service contracts.
